Been very busy drawing, cutting, mixing and finally printing. Should have to plenty to share in the coming days.

Here is the latest incarnation of the first portrait I cut in this series. The 1st two attempts to print it were not very satisfying but now I’m happy with it.

Drawing and cutting others as I finish the first few. I feel like the early missteps are paying off now. Trying to figure out best timing between printing colors so that previous ink does not reject new ink.

This one involved a lot of trial and a lot error. In the end I’m happy with the print and I gained a lot of intangibles through it all. I ended up cutting the block for the middle-green 3 times til I got it right. I have started to use Photoshop for color studies. I [...]
